Thank you for your interest in a Lompoc Fire Department shoulder patch. We receive many requests for the patches from all over the world and unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we are unable to give our Department patches away to collectors. If you would like to purchase a patch, please use the printable form which can be found by clicking on the image of the patch below. Patches are $5.00 (US) each. Payments should be made payable to: CITY OF LOMPOC. We will be happy to forward a patch to you. Please enclose a self addressed & stamped envelope (large business size #10 envelope).
